FIRE & SECURITY SYSTEMS
STEVE ZATCHIJ ELECTRICAL are installers of security and fire systems. Our experience of fitting both domestic and commercial systems is second to none.
All systems fitted by us carry the following specifications as standard:
- fitted in compliance with BS4737;
- full, comprehensive warranty;
- providing total protection for your property, including perimeter and space protection;
- Central Station monitoring available;
- Central upload/download systems available; and
- discreet fitting to professional standards.
Using the latest hi-tech equipment makes operation of the systems we use absolute child's play. No longer do you have to decipher what the display is telling you. It's all displayed in plain English via the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) on the remote keypad.
Most Police authorities throughout the UK now operate a "four strikes and you're out" policy. This means that if you have four false alarms in any 12 month period you will forfeit Police call-outs to your property in the event of an alarm.
Many false alarms are caused by user error. By simplifying the user interface, our systems reduce the possibility of this type of error to an absolute minimum.
DISCREET FITTING:
We fully understand that whilst you are aware of the need for security within your home or business you are probably conscious of the negative impact that installing some security equipment may have on the overall decor of your property. Well, you can relax. The picture to the right shows two of today's most advanced PIR (Passive Infra-Red) detectors. Not only are they highly efficient but also they are small, unobtrusive and blend well within most home and office environments.
OUT OF SIGHT:
Gone are the days when the heart of the system, the main control panel (and all the associated wiring) was fitted into your hallway. Today, our main box is fitted well out of sight - usually in a utility cupboard or loft, enabling us to install the wiring in the very best place of all, out of sight.
Why not get in touch with us today for an initial discussion and no risk assessment of your fire & security requirements?
